Terms & Conditions of Sale

The following Terms & Conditions of sale apply to all purchases made through the Willow Woodland Products website.

Materials

Many of the items for sale are one-off pieces and we reserve the right to substitute materials for similar alternatives, depending on the availablility of particular woods - we will contact you if this is the case.  

Wood is a natural material and as such each piece is unique.  Colours may vary from those shown and individual pieces may contain different patterns and colourings.  Owing to the origin of the trees (predominatly urban trees) the timber will often have interesting features and colourations from reactions to foreign bodies which have been embedded whilst the trees were growing.

Most of our products are made from green (fresh) timber.  As the timber dries it will shake and split which adds to the rustic charm of each piece.

Pricing

Willow Woodland Products reserve the right to change prices at any time. All prices are displayed in UK Pounds Sterling (£). This is the only currency we accept through our website.

Delivery

Delivery to UK addresses is included within the price shown (for online purchase items). Delivery can be arranged to other areas, but this must be arranged offline. Please contact us for more details.

We will contact you with a delivery estimate once we receive your order. Many items are made to order so please allow 30 days for delivery. In many cases you will receive your order within 7 days. If you are ordering items as a gift and need items for a certain date please contact us before you place your order.

Bespoke orders and furniture made to order will usually incurr courier costs and these will be quoted for at the time of order.  Please allow up to 60 days for bespoke orders.

All deliveries must be signed for.

Cancellation

Please note orders for standard products or stock items may be cancelled within 7 days of the order date. If we have already dispatched your items or you have already received your items then you must return them to us. We cannot process your refund until your items have been received back with us. Please make sure that you use recorded delivery or a similar 'sign for' service. You are responsible for the cost of the return delivery if you cancel your order.

Returns

Returns of faulty items must be made within 7 days of receipt of the items.  Please contact us before you return an item to discuss the process. Where an item is faulty we will arrange for return delivery and offer you either a refund or a replacement item depending on the item in question.

If you are returning items because you cancelled your order then please see above.

Commissions and pieces made to order

Please note that the handmade furniture is all made to order and to meet indivudal customer requirements and as such is exempt from any cancellation period and refunds cannot be made after goods have been despatched.
